Description

A flexible silicone sheet mold for tuile or any thin, lacy garnish — lay it flat on a sheet tray, spread your batter into the four fish-bone cavities, and bake right in the mold. Each bone runs about 200 mm long, so it reads as a real skeletal garnish on the plate, not a toy.

Poured to order in Pittsburgh from platinum-cure silicone, food safe and oven-safe to 230 °C / 450 °F — the same mold goes oven to freezer to dishwasher.
