Three kinds of mold, made to order in Pittsburgh. The difference that matters most is heat: only silicone goes in an oven.

We make the mold, never what goes in it — a chocolate-bar mold is a plastic pouring tray, built the same way as any other.
Five ways to get one
You do not need a 3D file, and you do not need to know anything about manufacturing.
Upload your own design
Bring a 3D file and we build the mold around it. A logo, a photo or an AI-generated image works too — we make the shape from it.
Accepts .stl files, or a logo/photo as .svg, .png, or .jpg — up to 25 MB, up to 320 mm (12.6 in) on the longest side. We send back a 3D preview and a price before anything is made.

You get concept images to choose from, then a real 3D model you can spin, resize and send straight into the mold designer. It is the same designer either way; this just fills in the shape.

How long, and shipping
Most orders ship in about a week from the day we approve the design. Design approval usually happens the same day you order. Your card is authorized, not captured — nothing is charged until a person confirms the design will pour correctly.
- Ready-made designs are quickest — the tooling already exists.
- Reorders are quicker again, for the same reason.
- Smooth layer lines adds 1 day for the finishing cycle.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address — real carrier rates (USPS/UPS). US only. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Working to an event date? Say so in the order notes and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it before we take the order.
