Every mold is made to order. Here’s how returns, refunds, and warranty claims work — if anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we’ll clarify it.

Custom molds

Custom molds — your own design, personalized text, or a Design Lab model — are made just for you, so they can’t be returned if you simply change your mind. Your card is authorized when you order but not charged until a real person reviews the design and approves it, so you never pay for something that won’t work.

Release promise: if a mold doesn’t release a cast piece the way it’s supposed to, we remake it free.

Ready-made (catalog) molds

Ready-made molds can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we’ll send a prepaid return label — we pay the return shipping. You get a full refund of the item price; the original shipping charge isn’t refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

2-year warranty

Everything we sell — custom molds included — carries a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If a mold fails on its own, we’ll replace or remake it. The warranty doesn’t cover misuse: things like baking a PETG vacuum-formed tray, cutting into the mold with a knife, or using temperatures outside what’s listed on our mold care page.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we’ll remake or replace it.
