Everything here comes out of our own kitchen — every piece cast, baked or poured in a mold we designed and made ourselves. Our first big bake is happening this week; photos land here as the pieces come out of the molds.

Before you start

Solid, watertight models. One closed shape, no holes or loose shells.
Avoid heavy overhangs. Wide bulges that tuck back under fight their way out.
No features under 1.5 mm. Thin details can tear or skip filling with batter.

What makes a moldable model

One solid pieceA closed, watertight shape molds cleanly — flat-backed shapes as one-piece molds, fully-round shapes automatically as two-part molds.
Holes that point upA vertical hole (like a bagel) is fine — its silicone core slides straight out.
Chunky detailsKeep features 1.5 mm and thicker — thin fins tear in silicone and never fill with batter.
Side tunnels & handlesA hole through the side fills with silicone that links through your shape like a chain — it can never pull out. Sometimes a two-part mold split along the hole works; often it's a job for our design team.
Hollow scans & open shells3D scans and figurines are often empty inside or full of holes. We need one solid body — we can solidify it for you.
Several loose partsA model made of separate floating pieces can't be molded as one. Merge them — or let us.
Heavy undercutsA shape that balloons wide and narrows back (a mushroom cap, a deep side pocket) traps itself in the mold. Silicone flexes past gentle bulges, but deep tuck-unders need softening — or our design team.
