Warranty & returns
The short version: everything we sell carries a 2-year warranty against defects. Ready-made molds can come back within 30 days. Custom molds can't come back — but the warranty covers them in full.
Custom and made-to-order molds are not returnable. A mold made from your file, image or personalization exists only for you — we can't resell it, so we can't take it back if you change your mind.
They are fully covered by the 2-year warranty. If a custom mold has a defect in materials or workmanship — at delivery or any time in its first two years — we make it right exactly as described below.
Release promise
Followed our instructions and it didn't release as promised? Remade for free. That's the plain-language version of the workmanship warranty below, called out on its own because it's the single most common thing to go wrong with a mold and the easiest to be unclear about. Tell us what you cast, how, and what happened through the claim form below and we'll get a corrected mold in the queue.
The 2-year warranty — every product
Every product we sell, ready-made and custom alike, is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- What's covered: defects in materials and workmanship.
- What's not: damage from improper use or care, accidental damage, and normal wear and tear. (The mold care page shows how to keep a mold healthy.)
- What we need from you: proof of purchase — your order number, or the receipt or order email.
- What we'll do: repair it, replace it, or refund it, at our discretion.
Returns — ready-made products only
Ready-made products — molds bought off the shelf, not made from your design — can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label — we pay the return shipping.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
- You get a full refund of the item price; the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
How to claim — or start a return
Use the report a problem form — no account or email address to hunt for:
- Say what's wrong (for a return, just say you'd like to return it).
- Put your order number in the reference box — that's your proof of purchase.
- Leave your email so we can reply — we'll come back with the next step: for a warranty claim, whether we repair, replace or refund; for a return, your prepaid label.
