Description

This mold casts a cracked, stone-like slab — think tectonic plates in chocolate. The photos on this listing are real casts from our kitchen, not renders: a dark chocolate shell with a ganache center, and a white-chocolate mint colorway, both poured from this same mold.

It is a two-part mold with registration keys, so the halves line up the same way every time and release cleanly once the cast has set. We pour it in-house from platinum-cure, food-grade silicone.

Care: hand wash only, no oven or dishwasher.
