Why volume gets cheaper here
Every mold starts with tooling — a shape we 3D-print and pour silicone over or vacuum-form plastic across. We print that tooling once and keep it on file.
- A first silicone mold is a one-time $10 tooling setup plus $30 per mold. Once the tooling's on file, it's $30 per mold, setup fee gone — the more you reorder against the same tooling, the cheaper each run gets.
- Vacuum-formed trays follow the same pattern, from $25 first, $15 to reorder.
- Bring one design or several — the same tooling-on-file discount applies to every design you have with us, run after run.
These are our published per-mold rates, not a special bulk discount — the discount at volume is that you're paying the reorder rate, repeatedly, on tooling you've already paid for once. If your quantities are large enough to justify pricing below that, say so below and we'll take a look.
What to send us
A 3D file if you have one (STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF), or a photo/PDF of what you want if you don't — either way, tell us the shape, how many designs, and roughly how many of each per run. No file yet? here's where to find one, free, or just describe it below and we'll follow up.
