How long does a custom silicone mold take to make?

Most orders ship in about a week from the day we approve the design. Design approval usually happens the same day you order. Choosing the Smooth finish adds 1 day for the extra finishing step.

What happens during that week

We print your tooling, then pour and cure the silicone in-house in Pittsburgh, and ship it. You get an email at each step.

What makes it faster or slower

Ready-made designs and reorders are quickest, because the tooling already exists. A brand-new custom design takes the full lead time. Choosing the Smooth finish adds 1 day for the extra finishing step.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address — real carrier rates (USPS/UPS). US only.
